With the aim to establish an international electronic library, it encourages
scholars to collect and make accessible texts online.
The first project initiated by Martin Woesler and conducted by his student
Max Richardson, has been a collection of Chinese texts online (some with
English translations), the largest of its kind worldwide. It is accessible
